Karunanithy, a senior lecturer attached with the Trincomalee Campus, EUSL, at the Annual Research Conference of the University of Jaffna held in 2010.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cRelationship Marketing and Customer Retention \u2013 A Case Study\u201d a research paper co-authored with Mr. S. Sivesan, a lecturer attached with Department of Marketing, University of Jaffna, at the \u2018International Research Conference \u2013 2011\u2019 organized by \u2018Sri Sai Ram Institute of Management Studies, Chennai, India\u2019.
